Initial Site Development

The initial focus of Flintvalley LLC is to develop sites that are geared towards consumer
shopping. Creating online stores is relatively easy to do thanks to the numerous affiliate
opportunities out there with real stores. A new online storefront can be quickly developed
by display product links and information pulled from the affiliate sites. There’s no need to
worry about inventory, shipping, or even order processing. Because there is zero overhead, the
online shopping angle is a good starting point.

Members-Only Sites

On May 12, 2008 Flintvalley LLC launched its first members-only web site -
Clickbank Unleashed. The web site offers
Clickbank affiliate marketers tools and information that helps them gain a competitive
advantage over the other 100,000 affiliate marketers.

Online Shopping Stores

Flintvalley has recently released its third consumer-centric shopping site. The shopping sites
are good examples of how an individual or small business can put the Internet to work. The sites
leverage web services of different affiliate programs. The sites generate revenue several
different ways:

• Consumer makes a purchase and a portion of the purchase price is paid to Flintvalley.
• Consumer clicks on one of the ads presented by Google
• Consumer clicks on a banner ad and eventually signs up at the affiliate site

All of the shopping sites the Flintvalley has developed to date make use of the
Amazon Web Services
to provide the list of products for sale. Using the web services does require some amount of
programming knowledge. The developers at Flintvalley are currently working on putting together a
tutorial to describe how to use them.

iPods and iPod Accessories

The first web site developed by Flintvalley was BuyIPodStuffOnline.com.
This web site, as you can probably guess, is designed to serve customers that are interested in
purchasing iPods and iPod accessories. The site is on its second release. The first release was
created completely from scratch and about a month to develop. The majority of the time was spent
getting familar with the Amazon web services. The second release made use of a web site design
template from DesignLoad.net. Some of the
graphics, styles, and layouts from the template were used to give the site a more professional
appearance. Future release of the site will continue to refine and improve the appearance as well
as include products from sources other than Amazon.

Financial and Tax Software

The second web site developed and published by Flintvalley was
FinancialSoftware4U.info. This is another
shopping site and is aimed at individuals and small businesses looking for financial or tax related
software. It also includes tax and financial books, as well as related educational DVDs. This
site is still in its initial release. A second release is planned and will primarily focus on
improving the professional appearance of the site.

Zune Super Store

The latest web site developed and published by Flintvalley is
NothingButZunes.com. This site is very similar to the
BuyIPodStuffOnline.com site. In fact it uses the same site template and code. By leveraging
the existing BuyIPodStuffOnline.com site and structure, NothingButZunes.com was able to be developed
and deployed in less than 2 days.
